Hi all!! So Anthropologie decided to be very generous this year and offer 50% off ALL SALE items durring Black friday. The promotion was online and in stores.. both from 6 am to 11 am. The company had some problems with online inventory, and as a result.. a lot of people had cancelled orders. The company was bombarded with rude emails and facebook messages. Just found out today that some of the people with cancelled orders recieved this:
"Note: Did you have an order or item(s) cancelled during the Black Friday Anthropologie Sale? Check your email for a surprise coupon from Anthro. They are offering customers who had their items cancelled, a 25% off coupon (lucky you) good through December 8th on online orders only on all items, not just sale items, to help put a smile back on your face! :) "
Looks like Anthro did a great job!!!
