week #8

This week we did a lot more prepping for the new holiday displays. I worked with the pipes again, putting some finishing touches on them, sanding certain areas that were really rough and touching up paint that had gotten chipped off or sanded off. Than I also started working on another display with the second object that would be used in their displays which was ornaments. I was hot gluing and dying a whole lot of ornaments. Did I ever mention that I really hate hot glue, it gets extremely way to hot and it is hard to avoid its strings sometimes and it hurts when it touches your skin. This is what they week mainly consisted of but one day I ended up helping back in receiving because they got such a huge shipment in and there was a few interns in for the day. They started getting all of their holiday shipment in and let me tell you they have some really cute stuff that came in so I'd advise everyone that you should really go in and check some of the stuff out. It is all really nice.
