I can't believe this past weekend is already the 6th week of my internship. I am almost done! Even though my hours will be finished before thanksgiving I plan to stay until the end of the semester just because I like being there and I love to help whenever I can.
I only worked on Friday. I felt really bad but I could not find a ride for Saturday. Everyone I asked was too nervous to drive out in the snow so I had to call out. I felt guilty, but there was nothing I could do.
For the Holiday season they want to do a curbside pickup of products for people who are doing their holiday shopping. You can cal in what you want to buy and you can come pick it up and have it brought to you without all of the hassle of going in the store. I went online to look for some LED or LCD signs that they could hang outside during this time of year to make people aware of it. It's hard to find signs just for rent, though so I didn't have much success. I spent the day out front helping customers. I always get nervous because I still don't know all of the products that well but I had Lexie help me and I think I do alright on my own. I just don't like when people ask what color looks good on them because I am just like.. well... I'm not sure? I don't do make up!!
